According to The Hollywood Reporter, George R.R. Martin's anthology series, Wild Cards is in the works to become a TV show. Martin announced on his Live Journal account that Universal Cable Productions have acquired the rights. He's also expressed how he will not be involved with the production due to his HBO deal currently still in progress with next Game of Thrones installment. Also in development with HBO is Captain Cosmos and with Cinemax. The Skin Trade.
