So it's been a few days (weeks) since San Diego Comic Con, and people are still processing some of the announcements that were made that hectic weekend. One of those announcements was that Brie Larson had accepted the role of Captain Marvel.
Why are people still processing it? Because Marvel spent more time talking about their male superheroes, showing off their new logo and featuring Q&A's with their already established stars. Larson wasn't even allowed to talk about her new role despite her being the first (possibly only) female super-hero with her own film- and yes, she attended the con.
I'm really excited to see her as Captain Marvel but honestly very worried that Marvel Studios won't give her the treatment she deserves.
